Assuming that your mine or business is situated in or near Gauteng, South Africa:

The basic selling price of the program includes the following:

·        installation on five computers or less

·        installation of the MS Access or MS SQL Server database

·        an installation CD allowing further installations by your own personnel

·        training on the system and

·        travel and subsistence for one day.

If more than one visit to your mine is required, or should a suitable installation for your mine require more than a day, an appropriate levy can be negotiated.

Modifications done to the program or data, such as the migration of parts lists will be done at additional cost.

 Although the system has been running problem-free on several mines for more than a year, it is theoretically possible that a program error could still occur. These errors will be rectified free of charge for a period of 2 months from date of installation. This does not include cosmetic changes. Any changes to the program (other than errors) can be done at reasonable rates.

Support on the system is given per E-Mail, with response time within 24 hours.

If your mine or business is beyond one day's travel from Gauteng:

MiningSoft products are also sold beyond South Africa's borders. So if you are based far away, terms will be negotiated for us to visit you or, if your IT personnel are competent, to despatch an installation CD to you and guide you through the installation process.
